I’m nothing but a hobbist. Professionally, I’ve been in computer software development since 1970, and have recently retired.
In those intervening years, continued to add skills as I renovated and added to my homes. My father was always handy, partnering with my mother to to raise 10 kids in Michigan. He taught me much at a young age. One of my earliest jobs as a teen was working in a small multi-store retail outlet. Joe, one of the store owners, taught me more.
A couple years ago, I was finally able to bring my shop out of the garage and indoors. Not a large space (are they ever big enough?), but sufficient. And, it’s warm/cool as needed by the season.
So, here, I will catalog and chronicle my projects.
